Kwadwo Asamoah is back in action for Juventus

Kwadwo Asamoah
Ghanaian midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has made a full recovery from the injuries that has ruled him out of football action for the entire calendar year of 2015.

The Juventus player has not seen a lot of playing time since getting a knee problem at the end of last year. The Ghana international missed the Black Stars’ 2015 Africa Cup of Nations tournament and the second half of last season that saw his side become the Italian Champions.

The injury plague has seen Asamoah not play a part for Juventus this season with a recovery getting so close only for another setback to happen.

On Friday night, Kwadwo Asamoah was named in the starting XI for his Juventus side in their away game against Lazio.

The midfielder could record 69 minutes of playing time under his belt before making way for former Manchester United player Patrice Evra in the 2-0 victory for Juventus.

Santiago Gentiletti put the ball at the back of his own net to give the Italian Champions Juventus a 1-0 lead before Paulo Dybala added a second for the away side as Asamoah’s team went into the interval leading 2-0.

Neither side was able to score a goal in the second half with Juventus taking all three points with their two goals over Lazio
